Overview:

The key elements of this project comprised the replacement of the existing façade and window treatment together with internal refurbishment of the main Diamond Hall and other selected areas including the entrance foyer. 

The brief was extended to include significant external works. This included some external terraces above accommodation where we were able to lay new waterproof membranes prior to laying the new paving. 

This project was the winner of the 2012 Wood NI Award and TRADA Conservation/Restoration Award 2011.
