Samuel Stevenson & Sons was appointed by UUSRP Ltd to Masterplan a Science Park on the University of Ulster campus at Coleraine and to design four laboratory, IT and research facilities for incubator companies on all three University campuses. 

This project on the Jordanstown campus extends to approximately 2,000 sqm. The ground floor accommodates laboratory and administration areas and the upper floor IT facilities.
