This accommodation provides facilities for rugby in the winter and to act as a cricket pavilion in the summer. The brief was for four changing rooms each with their own shower and toilet facilities, supported by staff changing areas and a refreshment/tea room. The new pavilion is domestic in scale and modern in appearance. 

Zinc projecting roofs live in harmony with red brick and slate. Full height glazed panels are complimented by a series of Velux windows which allow natural light to flood the changing areas. The circulation area is fully glazed in order to act as spectator viewing.
