Level 5 Medical biology Centre

Overview:

Level 5 of the Medical biology Centre was the last floor of this building originally designed by Samuel Stevenson & Sons to be refurbished to a generic floor plan. Our brief was to create generic laboratory space together with Category 2 laboratories and associated ancillary space including specialist research rooms, cold rooms and storage areas. Academic staff offices and post graduate facilities were also provided. The project included the replacement of all live services to other areas of the building whilst maintaining a live environment throughout the works on site.
