Location: Dundrum, Co Down

This project was to provide a link extension between an existing dwelling and separate garage. The new accommodation comprises a new master bedroom suite, new internal staircase to access a reconfigured guest bedroom above the existing garage, new guest bathroom together with a utility / boot room. The extension is wrapped in zinc with timber panelling and rendered panels.
