This project comprised the construction of a new teaching block, refurbishment and extension of a listed house and existing teaching wing together with new schools meals accommodation. 

The building plan frames the all–weather athletics track to the front while two teaching wings at the upper level create a quadrangle. The refurbishment of Graymount House involved a considerable amount of stripping out and timber and plaster renewal due to dry rot. 

The roof was completely replaced and the ground floor construction renewed in concrete. Extensive internal refurbishment was undertaken to reinstate the House and to create a new Administrative Centre.
