Congratulations to the Samuel Stevenson & Sons elite road bike racing team of Mark and Niall who completed the 175km Mourne Mountain route in record time (i.e. before the roads opened at 4:00pm!). Despite both suffering mechanical failures and Niall deciding to make an unscheduled dismount doing 35 mph around a tight corner a great day was had by all.

Magee Teaching Block

This new extension to the existing University Library on the Ulster University Magee Campus will provide a mixture of new and flexible teaching facilities, student hubs, tiered lecture theatres for interactive learning and ancillary accommodation. This is another of our recent projects where the design and production information were developed using BIM Autodesk Revit software.

The anticipated completion is in the Spring of 2017 with a contract value approx. £6.5m.

The BIM Model for the new £16m Strabane Academy is well underway. Samuel Stevenson & Sons and our design team have created an intelligent 3D model that has helped in the design process to improve coordination and prevent costly unforeseen conflicts, changes and scheduling delays.
